sobe5 (pronounced: soh-bee five) comes from the term “social behavior” and the number five.
sobe5 is a modern, values-based education program designed to help children and young people develop positive social behavior, respect, and a strong sense of responsibility - for themselves and others.
The program is built around five simple yet powerful principles for living a good life, presented in a clear, practical, and engaging way.
The five sobe5 principles are:
* Do no harm to yourself or others
* Always be kind and helpful
* Stay away from violence and crime
* Respect and protect the environment
* Become a better version of yourself each day
These principles are brought to life through videos, stories, learning materials, and hands-on exercises.
Who created sobe5?
sobe5 was created by Mario Hartmann - author, music educator, teacher, martial arts instructor, and coach.
For more than 30 years, Hartmann has worked with children, young people, and educators, combining elements of education, psychology, and modern learning methods into a clear and practical approach.
